Finally I have time to post our Easter pictures. Chasing Grant around all day and keeping him out of mischief (mainly the toilets) certainly has put a damper on my computer time!
Our church had an outdoor egg hunt and picnic. It was a beautiful day. Laura thoroughly enjoyed hunting for eggs while Grant was entertained with finding sticks.
Later that afternoon, Laura and I made a bunny cake for the first time. I hope to continue this tradition each year. I think it turned out pretty cute!
It was raining on Easter Sunday so after church we did our family egg hunt inside. Grant was snoozing already, but enjoyed his basket when he woke up from his nap.

This is the best picture I got of the kids. As you can tell from the last picture, we were pretty much done trying to get a good shot!

Cute pictures, Sara! I'm especially fond of the one of Grant, smiling, with the green egg. Laura reminds me a lot of you in several of these shots, too!
Keep me posted on the David Cook concert this week...I'm interested to hear how it differs from the Knoxville show. Have fun!
Oh, Laura looked so sweet and beautiful! And Grant looked sweet and handsome in blue and yellow. Loved that last shot! Laura did a great job getting a picture of you both. The bunny cake is too cute...we might have to make one next year.
Love the bunny cake! My mom and I had that same tradition for years. Even now, my mom will make it at Easter when we visit. :)

I love the kids outfits! They are both adorable kids. You really got a great individual of each one in their Easter outfits! And the one of the two of them together with Grant crying is classic. ;) I love the one of you and Laura, as well as the one Laura took of you and Jim together! A little photographer in the making...maybe. :) Looks like you had a fun Easter. We sure missed you guys. I wish I could have taken a family picture for you on "the bench" here. Missed you, but glad you had a Happy Easter!
Oh, I forgot! I LOVE the bunny cake! My mom always made ours white with coconut icing, too. I wasn't sure if our kids liked coconut, so I went with a brown bunny this year. :) I love the details on the bunny's face, too. Very nice.

I really love the bunny cake! So cute! I will have to remember that idea next year. Laura is getting so big and looks so beautiful. Grant is adorable too. I just can't get over how much they have grown and changed. Great pictures.
