Cousin Time
A couple weeks ago, I journeyed back to Houston with Laura and Grant. This trip was different because my brother's 7 year old daughter, Kaslynn was going to be at my parents house for "cousin time". Laura and Kaslynn had so much fun together from bike riding, playing in the water at Kemah, making "pinkalicious" cupcakes, having meltdowns and sleeping HARD at night! Grant of course was just trying to keep up and not get left out! He follows Laura everywhere. It is cute, but I know the time is coming where it is gonna drive her more crazy than it already does! We all had a good time!

Looks like y'all had fun! We too love cousin time and are lucky enough to get a least a weekend with them once a month or so. Yes, there will come a time when Grant will drive Laura crazy! Taylor is definitely more annoyed my her younger siblings as she gets older :)
I love the picture of Laura cyring in the carseat. Poor girl. :) She really looks grown up these days, Sara. I'm glad she got to enjoy cousin time! We don't yet have any of those...at least not first cousins! :)
My best friends growing up were my cousins. We spent almost every day together in the summers. I am glad to see that you are able to have such fun things planned for the girls when thay are together. What a blessing to have those precious memories! I loved your pictures, especially the one of Grant on the slide!

Any plans to come this way? Ha. I know, yeah right. We do hope to head your direction sometime this summer, but have NO idea when just yet. Email me sometime if you have certain plans for summer (like times/dates when you won't be home) so we can try to plan around those. :)
Also, I meant to ask sooner...how did Laura's K screening go? Are you still deciding what will be best for her? Just curious. I really should be emailing all this, but posting here seemed faster! :)
Hey there! Laura looks so old in these pictures! I can't believe we haven't seen ya'll in person since you left:( Sydney loves climbing up slides too...maybe she and Grant can do that together one day!!
How fun! I hope my kids have cousins some day!
