iPod

I love my iPod! It is the perfect workout companion.

I need some song suggestions that would be good for when I work out.

Pass on your favorites.

I love my IPOD too! Andrew got me the Nike + thing as well and I have really enjoyed using it. I will be using it more as things get less muggy. I don't mind exercising in the sprinkling rain...but I don't so much love getting muggyness drips...if that makes sense! I will work on the songs and let you know what works for me. :)

Some of my friends and I get together once a week and work out to praise songs! We get the dual benefit of being physically exhilarated and spiritually uplifted! Whether you like the newer songs or the older masters, the list is unending. (Can you download church songs?) Looking forward to seeing you soon. Mom M

Sara,

I, too, love my ipod (Nano). It has gotten me through many a run/jog...

My favorites: Are You Gonna Be My Girl (Jet); Long Time Gone (Dixie Chicks); Sorry Boys (Big Silver); What Goes Around (Justin Timberlake); I Believe in a Thing Called Love (The Darkness) and some fast Tift Merritt tunes ("Wait It Out" among many others...).

Just get fast, upbeat ones that will keep you moving!

Previous post by Amy, and none of those are praise songs...

I am so glad I finally found you! I wish we would have had more time together while you were in town!

I love my IPOD as well. I have multiple workout playlist all of which contain horribly awful but loud and fast workout music.

Anything by Will Smith tops my list...Get Jiggy With It...(don't laugh!!)

Hard to Handle
Pump Up the Volume

I mean - really awful music! But it motivates me. I tried the praise music route but it just doesn't get me going!
